Detailed project scopes, timelines, and costs will be finalized in individual service agreements or client estimates prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate property access for our crew and approved contractors at the designated site (6816 Carters Grove Dr, Noblesville, IN 46062).
  • Secure pets and remove potential site hazards prior to scheduled maintenance or installations.
  • Communicate any specific property guidelines or restricted areas in advance.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and billing schedules will be outlined in your service estimate or agreement. Invoices must be paid in full according to the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may result in a delay or temporary suspension of ongoing services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. For seasonal decorating, event installations, or concierge scheduling, we request advance notice via phone (317-698-4185) or email (bluestar.indv@amail.com) for cancellations or date adjustments. Specific cancellation terms and potential restocking fees for custom-ordered materials will be detailed in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

While we take extreme care when working on your property, Aspects and Entryways by Brian is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, severe weather events, or unauthorized interference by third-party vendors not hired through our management.
